INFO ABOUT THE AIGUESTORTES NATIONAL PARK

The Aigüastortes National Park (tortuous waters) is one of the most beautiful places in Catalonia, for some the most beautiful, located in the northwest of the province of Lleida, on the border with Huesca, occupying much of the magnificent scenery that the Pyrenees, its valleys and its gifts have left humanity for its contemplation.

This National Park integrates four Catalan regions: Val d’Aran, Pallars Sobirà, Pallars Jussà and Alta Ribagorça, a territory full of history and opportunities to practice snow sports during the winter season. The small villages with their traditional stone constructions and slate roofs color the landscape, creating a beautiful game of contrasts and integration where travelers can regain strength after completing the five routes of the Aigüestortes Park.

PROGRAM

We will leave Plaza de España (in the middle of the two towers) very early in the morning to be able to take advantage of the whole day. After a stop for breakfast, we will arrive at the Aiguestortes National Park and start our route in a 4x4 jeep for about 30 minutes (included in the price, also for the return), until we reach the Sant Maurici lake.

From there there is the possibility of taking several routes in the mountains, eating in the middle of the forest, you can organize your time always enjoying incredible panoramas in a paradisiacal nature!!! In the afternoon, we will meet at the same point where the 4x4 jeep has left us on the way back, to return to our bus. We will leave around 6 pm to arrive in Barcelona at dinner time.
